Narodny Park Sumava
 

Im April des Jahres 2004 hatte ich das erste Mal die Möglichkeit, an einer Freundschaftsfahrt des "Österreichischen Touristenklubs ÖTK" in die Tschechische Republik zum dortigen Partnerklub KCT (Klub Ceskych Turistu) teilzunehmen.
Ziel war damals der Mährische Karst nördlich von Brno.
Im Jahr 2005 konnte ich wieder an einer solchen Fahrt teilnehmen. Ziel war diesmal der Narodny Park Sumava - der Nationalpark Böhmerwald.

In April the year's 2004 I had the first time the possibility to participate in a friendship ride of the "Austrian tourist club OeTK" into the Czech Republic to the nonlocal partner club KCT (Klub Ceskych Turistu).
The Moravsky Kras was destination in the north of Brno.
In the year 2005 I could participate again in such a ride. The Narodny Park Sumava was destination this time - the Boehmerwald national park.

 

Der erste Tag (Freitag, 22. April 2005) diente der Anreise in den Südwesten der Tschechischen Republik. Für Abenteuer war keine Zeit.

The first day (Friday, 22nd April 2005) was used for the journey in the southwest of the Czech Republic. For adventures no time was.

Srni, ein kleines Dorf im Nationalpark Sumava mit zwei großen Hotels beherbergte uns eine Nacht lang. Hier war der Ausgangspunkt unserer Abenteuer am Samstag (23. April 2005).

Srni, a small village in the national park Sumava with two big hotels long accommodated us a night. Here the starting point of our adventures was on Saturday (23. April 2005).

Nachdem wir in Prasily das dortige Klubhaus des KCT besucht hatten, brachte uns der Autobus zum Start für unsere Wanderung zum Prasily-See. Schnee lag dort allerdings keiner!

After we had gone to the nonlocal club of the KCT in Prasily, the bus brought us to the start for our excursion to the Prasily-lake. No one suited to snow, however, there!

Nach einem kleinen Imbiss in Srni fuhren wir zum Fluss Vydra.

After a small snack in Srni we went to the Vydra-river.

In Kvilda - Aussergefild hielten wir an, um unseren Fremdenführer vom KCT zu verabschieden und das dortige Informationszentrum vom Nationalpark Sumava zu stürmen und Fotos von der benachbarten Kirche zu machen.

In Kvilda - Aussergefild we stopped to say goodbye to our tourist guide from the KCT and to storm the nonlocal information center from the national park Sumava and to make photographs of the neighboring church.
 

Das Essen im Hotel Saturn in Kristanovice bei Prachatice war besser als die Heizung und so verbrachten wir eine kühle Nacht in unseren Zimmern.
Am Sonntag, 24. April 2005, fuhren wir zeitig am Morgen ab nach Volary.

 The food in the hotel Saturn in Kristanovice at Prachatice was better than the heating was and so we spent a cool night in our rooms.
On Sunday, 24th April 2005, we left early at the morning to Volary.

Erstes Tagesziel war der Schwemmkanal des Fürsten Schwarzenberg in Jeleny Vrchy.

The watering place channel of the prince Schwarzenberg in Jeleny Vrchy was first day destination.

Das Mittagessen stand in Horni Plana - Oberplan auf dem Programm. Vorher aber besichtigten wir das dortige Geburtshaus des Dichters Adalbert Stifter, danach fuhren wir nach Český Krumlov - Krumau.

The lunch stood into Horni Plana - Oberplan on the program. We visited the nonlocal birthplace of the poet Adalbert Stifter before, however, after that we went to Český  Krumlov - Krumau.
Nach unserer Runde durch die Burg von Český  Krumlov - Krumau besichtigten wir auch noch die schöne Altstadt.
Um 1830 Uhr war Abfahrt, um 1900 Uhr erreichten wir Österreich und gegen 2200 Uhr waren wir wieder in Wien.

After our round through the castle of  Český  Krumlov - Krumau we visited also still the beautiful old town.
At 1830 o'clock departure was, at 1900 o'clock we reached Austria and by 2200 o'clock we were again in Vienna.
